Canceling a subscription

We are sad that you won’t have all the features available anymore, but if you really want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps below:
iOS
- Go to your iOS Device Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in)
- Scroll and tap on Subscriptions
- Tap the BodyTracker 360 Subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android
- If you subscribed using your Google Play Store:
- Go to Google Play Store
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
- On the left, click My subscriptions
- Select the BodyTracker 360 Subscription
- Click Manage and then Cancel Subscription
If your subscription has not expired yet the day you canceled it, your membership will still be available until the deadline.
After the deadline, you will go from a premium member to a regular member with limited access to all features. Purchasing a membership will maintain your full access to everything either of our app can offer such as Daily Journal or Statistical Charts.
